Victor Hudman, MD


Clay Bulls, PA

Clay Bulls is a native of Earth, Texas, in the panhandle. Clay earned his undergraduate degree from McMurry University. It was there that he met his wife of 30 years, Melissa, from Haskell, Texas. He went on to complete his Physician Assistant studies at Wake Forest University.

Clay is a familiar and respected member of the Abilene medical community, having worked alongside Dr. Hudman in both clinic and hospital settings for the past 24 years.

Clay and Melissa are proud parents of three children: Jonah, Ethan, and Abbie. In addition to his clinical work, Clay also serves as a professor in the Physician Assistant studies program at Hardin-Simmons University.


Carly Etter, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Carly Etter is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Specializing in Internal Medicine, Carly is committed to promoting wellness, preventing disease, and managing acute and chronic health conditions. Carly grew up right here in Abilene, Texas, and has dedicated her career to caring for those in her community. Carly earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Abilene Christian University in 2015, then went on to earn a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Angelo State University in 2023.

Carly is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With a strong background in both clinical practice and patient education, Carly emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaborative care, and health advocacy. Carly works alongside Dr. Hudman and Katherine Wilson, managing care for patients in nursing homes, acute rehab, and the office setting.

Outside of the clinic, Carly enjoys book club with her coworkers, gardening and spending time with her golden retriever, Gus. Carly continues to pursue ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of medical advances and patient care strategies.


Katherine Wilson, FNP-C

Katherine Wilson grew up in Merkel, Texas, and still resides there today. She is married to Joseph Wilson, and together they have three children: Reid (20), Mac (17), and Reagan (12).

Katherine began her nursing career in 2001 as an LVN. She went on to earn her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Angelo State University and later received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2005.

In 2010, she completed her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Harden Simmons University and has since worked alongside Dr. Hudman. Katherine currently helps manage care for patients in the nursing home, acute rehab, and office settings, providing compassionate and comprehensive care throughout the community.
